Duties and responsibilities
oversee the financial management. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle, contributing directly to our mission of empowering young women through digital skills and employment opportunities.

Qualifications /Training and Experience
• Bachelors or Honors degree in financial management or accounting
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning and analysis
• Extensive experience with accounting software systems, including implementation and customization
• Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team
• Experience in risk management and internal control procedures
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in tax planning
• Have internationally recognised accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent), 5 years’ experience of work including project funds accountability from large entities like USAID, experience of accounting software
